Meet the RMN Loan Officers

Jessica Greving

Jessica graduated from the University of Iowa in December 1999 with a degree in Business Management. She was employed with Residential Mortgage Network, Inc. as a Mortgage Lending Assistant and Post Closer through her 4 years at the University of Iowa. Upon graduation, she began originating and has become a top originator in the State of Iowa. She achieved her Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation in June 2007, an especially proud accomplishment with less than 10 in the state of Iowa. Jessica's area of expertise resides around FHA, VA and Rural Development financing. She sincerely enjoys helping homeowners through the process of purchasing or refinancing. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, and their four daughters, Samantha, Allison, Isabel and Ruby.

Rheanne Thies

Rheanne graduated from Boone High in 1973, attended DMACC majoring in business. She got into the mortgage banking industry in 1978. Since that time, she has held various positions from Closer to Underwriter to Operations Supervisor, and now as a Loan Officer. In her spare time, she belongs to various women's groups and spends time with her horses. Rheanne also currently serves on the Board of Directors for IHOEP and is the 2010 President. Rheanne also likes spending time spoiling her two grandchildren.

Ron Erwin

Ron was in the Food Processing Industry for 30 years with the Louis Rich /Oscar Mayer company; the last 19 years as Plant Manager of a 1350 employee plant. Ron did consulting work for two years in food production and food safety, until he joined the home loan business. He has been assisting customers with mortgage loans for the past 7 years. He joined Residential Mortgage Network, Inc. in April 2009. Ron has two daughters, one in Colorado and one in Kansas.

John Stoll

John graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Economics. He has been in the Mortgage Lending Business for 40 years now, recently joining the RMN staff in November 2009. He enjoys spending time with his four children and six grandsons. John also enjoys golfing and vacationing in the Caribbean in my spare time.
